"ACTUALIZACIÓN DEL PROGRAMA DE USO EFICIENTE Y AHORRO DEL AGUA (PUEAA) DEL MUNICIPIO DE LA ARGENTINA HUILA "

The purpose of this project was to update the Water Efficiency and Conservation Program (PUEAA) for the aqueduct of the municipality of La Argentina, Huila. This update is due to the regulations established in Law 373 of 1997, which mandates the renewal of this program every five years, reviewing and updating its information. This municipality has an aqueduct supplied by the El Garruchal stream and, as an alternative source, the El Pueblo stream, which belongs to the Páez River basin and is managed by the municipal mayor's office of public services, with an area of influence in the urban center. To achieve this objective, a diagnosis of the current water use was conducted, identifying the source of supply and characterizing the aqueduct's infrastructure, allowing for the detection of water losses. On the other hand, with support from the planning guidelines of the Regional Autonomous Corporation of the Upper Magdalena (CAM), the information of the current Program for the Efficient Use and Conservation of Water (PUEAA) was reviewed and updated. The final product is the updated PUEAA of La Argentina, Huila.

This investigative work, have the proposit to know the growth thant has had the implementation of one of the central points of the peace accord whit the Frac, how is the guarantee of not repetition, like a reparation figure in Colombia, since the historic memorie, and the importance of the normative development, how it’s the implementation and the ejecution of tranticional justice, and the law 1448 of (2011), law of victims and land restitution, propuse and approvement in the goverment of the former president Juan Manuel Santos (2010-2018). To determine how this its being fulfilled, in the national teritorie, the implementation of guarantee of not repetition thro the historical memorie of the victims of the armed conflict, we’ll be, comparatively, their aplication in south america, in particular in Argentina, Chile and Perú. Likewise will be addres their importance within the colombian context and the civilian population, and the tools created for their development how are “ the Center for Historical Memory”, “the Victims Unit” and “ the JEP (Sepecial jurisdiction for peace)”, foucused on the basis of, truth, justice and guarantee of not repetición. It’s concluded, thant the implementation of the guaranteed of not repetition, since the historical memorie, still hasn’t significant progress in the territories hardest hit fot the conflict. Is evident too the necessity of an educative process and play a few leading roles in this work to the academic institutions creating chairs, both in colleges, publics and privated universities, of historical memories, than help to build and consolidate peace.

This degree work sought to train boys and girls from 4 to 6 years old, the recognition of their emotions and the strengthening of interaction with their peers, teachers and guardians. Likewise, I encourage the population to learn how to resolve conflicts for the prevention of physical and verbal violence, within their family and school environments associated with their participation and assistance to the Semillas de Fuego Santo Foundation, in the town of Ciudad Bolívar in the paradise neighborhood of Bogotá D.C. Thus, with the purpose of improving the relationships and interpersonal dynamics between minors and their family ties within each home, this document, the result of the Action research method with a cycle of duration and qualitative approach, flowed through the diagnosis, planning, execution and reflection of results, from which 10 evaluation instruments were applied and 10 workshops associated with the proposed categories and their themes were implemented, around socio-emotional skills, intelligence and education, family and school, along with the activities rectors for early childhood; All in favor of building the skills of the little ones to face life itself.

This work analyzes the legal scope of the right to a dignified death in prepubescent minors (0 to 12 years of age) within Human Rights, based on the study of the different Jurisprudences issued by the Honorable Constitutional Court of the Republic of Colombia, as well as the Resolutions of the Ministry of Health and Social Protection that regulated the issue. This article will demonstrate the legal vacuum within the legal system, which consequently affects the minor's right to want to die. This project aims to give a new idea of access to euthanasia for prepubescent children, which is considered inappropriate given their psychological immaturity. Considering Euthanasia as part of Human Rights imposes on the State, and mainly on the Colombian Congress, the burden of filling the legislative void generated by the delay and non-compliance derived from its action or omission.

This research paper addresses the development of socioemotional skills and conflict management among students in the department of Caquetá, a region that has experienced various social challenges affecting the school environment. The study focused on the Institución Educativa Rural Nuevo Horizonte, Gibraltar N°2 campus, located in the municipality of San Vicente del Caguán. The main objective of the research was to strengthen socioemotional competencies and conflict resolution skills among students, fostering an optimal learning environment and peaceful coexistence. An action research methodology was employed, allowing direct intervention in the school context and enabling the evaluation of significant changes through the implementation of pedagogical strategies centered on emotional education. To identify emotional competencies and detect specific difficulties in emotional and conflict management, tools such as semi-structured interviews and the Bar-On Emotional Quotient Inventory were used. The results revealed significant gaps between emotional education and the real needs of the students, particularly regarding self-regulation, empathy, and peaceful conflict resolution. In conclusion, the strengthening of socioemotional skills has a positive impact on school coexistence. It is of vital importance for reducing instances of school violence and promoting more humane and inclusive educational environments.
